My Glock 30. Sized for CC, 10+1 capacity of .45 in a small package, accuracy on par with a full sized gun, little felt recoil... it's just a good all around gun. There may be guns that have more capacity, or guns that conceal better, but it's just, for me a good all around package. It was my first gun EVER, and still my favorite.

It was the first handgun I bought, and the last one I will part with.

i would get a .50 cal. desert eagle not good at all for concealed carry but alot of fun to shoot and great for home defence. (because of the stopping power)

Either a Beretta 92FS or a 3" SP101 in .357 magnum. Both common calibers. Both adequate calibers for most purposes. Both durable and reliable. Good parts availability....I would probably lean towards the SP101 for my final choice.

Probably my Glock 23. My handguns are primarily for self defense, this one has the best over all shootability, reliability, power, capacity and concealability. I COULD hunt with it I suppose, while it would not be my first choice against bears, its better than rocks, and it does just fine against people. Plus there is always the option of getting a conversion barrel to 9mm for more plentiful ammunition.

Hands down would be my P30 in 9mm. i've bought and sold many flavors of the month but this one will be on my hip for many years to come.

If no long guns were allowed another interesting option and 2nd place vote would be my p226 especially if I added the .22 conversion to it.

Got to think out of the box on this one.

    I currently have a 15-2VH, with 6in. barrel.
But, this pistol is able to adapt from 2in. barrel, to 15 inch barrel.

I could probably get by with this being the only firearm I'd need.

I'd either go up to an M&P 45 full size since I really like the M&P platform, or I'd carry a 44 mag with a 4" barrel. The 44 mag would most likely get the nod since hunting would be part of the gun's required duties, and it will drop pretty much anything in North America.
