    Need some help and advice

Im looking for a good conceal carry handgun, but need some advice on what would be a good one. I had a H&K USP Compact 9mm but had to sell it due to financial needs, i would like to get that gun back but its way to expensive for my budget right now ive been looking at a ruger p95 but want more opinions.

If you want to stay with the 9mm, look at Ruger SR9c, Springfield XDm9, or ever popular Glock 19. There are so many good choices.

    9mm for CCW = Glock-26
    .45 for CCW = Glock-36, my EDC.

Glock, M&P, or HK. The G19, MP9c, and P2000SK are hard to beat for EDC. However, my preference is the P30 but you are indicating a little expensive. Avoid the "Bubba Gun."

    LOL Hillarious!

For the OP, as far as Glocks, G26 or G19 for 9mm or G30 or G36 for 45 acp. Can't go wrong with any of them.

The Taurus 709 and 740 are nice carry guns at a good price.

If high capacity isn't a big concern, the G36 is a nice little package with some wallop. The G30 holds 4 more rounds but has a thicker grip some can't handle.

For a durable quality made hi-capacity pistol at a pricepoint of $350 new and as low as $200 used, Bersa Thunder 9 ultra compact. Awesome little guns. Bought mine used from a member here and it's been absolutely amazing. Not ammo sensitive at all, not sensitive to limp wristing, doesn't necessitate obcessive cleaning...it just keeps going. 13+1 capacity.

I think that the key is establishing a price point. There are many good guns out there, many of which have been mentioned. The Bersa is probably on of the best guns in the lower price bracket. If I were looking to spend a little more I would probably look to the Ruger SR9C or the XD9 SC. I am not a Glock fan myself as they don't fit my hands, but the G26 would also be a good option to look at. With Smith and Wesson having dropped prices somewhat you might even find an M & P that is affordable. I have a couple of Taurus pistols and have had a good customer service experience, but I could not highly recommend their line based on the experiences of others. They do have some very innovative designs and the price is really good but it does seem like they have more issues than others. Having said that, I have had to send a Springfield 1911 and an FNP 9 back due to issues. So no gun is immune from problems.
