Ok guys and gals I've been searching for a new CCW and want to get one in 45ACP. I need to be able to CC deep cover so it has to be as small as possible. Give me some ideas on some small 45's that would make a good CCW.

If you want something small, then .45 ACP is not the caliber to choose.
If you want a really small gun for ease of concealment, then consider a compact pistol in .40 S&W, like a Kahr or a Walther PPS.
Kahr does make some models in .45 ACP, though. I don't know of any .45 handgun smaller than a Kahr PM45:

The Kahr PM45 is probably one of the smallest .45's out there. Two other models to look at are the Glock 30 and 36.
I guess it depends on the type you want. There are many, many, many more than I can think of.... but off the top of my head.... Glock 36, Taurus millennium pro 145, Colt defender, Springfield armory GI micro .45
AMT Backup - don't think they are available as 'new' anymore, but plenty are around on the used market
Look at the Springfield Micro...Nice and Compact with an affordable price tag!
The Glock 36 is my deep concealment .45 auto. Conceals great.
The smallest production 1911-style .45 is the Detonics CombatMaster. It's got a 3.5" barrel vice a 3" you'll see on some other mfg's guns; however, it's got a shorter grip than the Officer-sized 1911's. For comparison, it's 1/4" longer than the Glock 36 mentioned above. If small is your main criteria, the Kahr is a bit smaller.
Kahr PM45
Glock 36F
Glock 30
The Kahr PM-45 comes to mind...I had one and liked it. Here's some pics I took before selling it...

And here's a couple of references you might find handy...
The first is a comparison of pocket sized autos...the second link is for compacts.

I'm not sure that any .45s qualify as "deep cover" guns. However, if you give the Smartcarry holster a try, you will likely find that you can carry a decently large pistol with complete concealment, as in "covert."
I used one to carry a Glock 19 for 1 1/2 years - I now use it with a G26, which is a bit more comfy and prints slightly less.
Do a search - lots of info on the Smartcarry available...or send me a PM with any questions.
Good luck!
I wish Kahr made a K45 and an MK45.
