Here in Jersey, we're limited to 15 round mags or smaller.

Likely since the flush fit mags are 13rds. I'm sure they have a package that meets your states requirements.

I do note that there is a reference near the top of the page to link to "Click here to see a chart of what magazines are included in this promotion." On this pdf can be found the statement "BELOW IS THE LIST OF MAGAZINES THAT WILL BE SHIPPED ACCORDING TO MODEL PURCHASED. MAGAZINE CAPACITY WILL VARY ACCORDING TO STATE AND LOCAL RESTRICTIONS.". Maybe the info there will help answer some of the questions.

I believe they'll send you flush mags regardless. When I purchased my XD SC I received 3 13rd mags (even though I live in MI where the extended mags are perfectly legal).

Think of it this way, Springfield isn't likely to give you the more expensive magazines by default.

I sent for the free mags + holder on 12/15 and they were at my house on 12/22.
