    Talking My new Colt

    I apologize in advance for the poor picture quality; I used the webcam. This is my new Colt 1918 .45 ACP WWI replica. The pictures do not show at all how beautiful this pistol is.

    That is one of the nicest Colts...that one & the WWII.

    Isn't the Old Style thumb safety configuration actually BETTER than the newer style? I've altered all my thumb safeties to look just like that.

    Gorgeous! Well done! I bought a new Colt Series 70 reproduction this year to satisfy my 1911 craving, and unfortunately the plan backfired. Now I want another one!
