Which do you prefer for CCW?
This is a discussion on Kahr CW45 or Kahr PM45 or Glock 30 or Glock 36? within the Defensive Carry Guns forums, part of the Defensive Carry Discussions category; Which do you prefer for CCW?...
Which do you prefer for CCW?
Kind of a vague question friend. Why are you asking? If you can carry it and find it comfortable to shoot that's the one for you. Never shot the PM45 but can't see how it would be easy to shoot at all. In fact, I'd suspect the recoil will be fierce in that. Better grip on the other three choices.
If you want out-of-the-box reliability, get which ever Glock you prefer. If you want to "break in" your gun to (maybe) get it to be reliable, get the Kahr. Sorry, but I've owned 3 Kahr handguns, and all of them had issues. I trust Glock - I have the G19 and G26 myself.
If you can, rent or borrow them to try at the range before you buy. Make sure you can shoot them with speed and accuracy, one handed, with either hand. If you cannot, consider stepping over to a .40 or a 9mm.
Also, you need to consider your concealment needs. The G30 is nice, but a bit thick and heavy. The G36 is the same size, but slightly thinner and lighter. Of course, it holds fewer rounds as well.

Glock 30, 19, 26; Ruger LCP (2), LCR, Mini 14; Remington 870; Marlin 336 .30-30
I had a Kahr PM45. It produced a stout recoil, wasn't 100% reliable and only offered 5 + 1 capacity.
I had a Glock 30 SF. Reliable, but thick. The thickness is noticeable if carrying IWB.
Glock 36: same slide thickness as the 9mm / 40 models. With the factory magazine base my pinky gets pinched between the frame and magazine base. Pearce +0 adapter solves the problem and adds minimal height. I think I'll keep this one.
No internal lock or magazine disconnect on my pistols!
all i have to say is you cant go wrong with a glock!
No matter what anyone says you can never own enough guns!!!
Out of the ones you listed the Glock 36 would be my choice.

I would choose the G30.
Have Fun and Shoot Straight !!
What we've got here is failure to communicate.
I like the Kahr trigger over the Glock, I am looking at the PM45, P45, CW45 I think the P ot CW will win with extra round and larger grip.
Ruger SR1911 CMD
HK USP 9mm
Glock 26 Gen 4
I would go with the Glock-36, but any Glock would serve you well...right out of the box.

Glock Glock Glock, any of them really...
Indecision - that's the key to flexibility. I would pick the G36. At least I think I would. Good luck.

I'd have to recommend the Glock 30.
I have a 19 and 26. I carry one or the other of them every day. I've used both in IDPA matches. They've never let me down. I like them a lot.
I want a Glock 30 just because I want a .45 ACP, I've had a chance to shoot one and it works for me - not because it's a better carry than the 19 or 26, just because it would be fun to have a .45ACP, and if I have one, it's going to be a Glock. If it was going to be an EDC, I might go with the 36 but I have trouble choosing 6+1 of .45 (or any other caliber) over the 10+1 capacity of the 26 loaded with 9mmP COR-BON +P DPX, or the 15+1 capacity of the 19 with the DPX bullet.
Glock 36, the size and reliability of the 36 would make it my choice for a CCW handgun.
God bless our troops!
