Kind of a vague question friend. Why are you asking? If you can carry it and find it comfortable to shoot that's the one for you. Never shot the PM45 but can't see how it would be easy to shoot at all. In fact, I'd suspect the recoil will be fierce in that. Better grip on the other three choices.
If you want out-of-the-box reliability, get which ever Glock you prefer. If you want to "break in" your gun to (maybe) get it to be reliable, get the Kahr. Sorry, but I've owned 3 Kahr handguns, and all of them had issues. I trust Glock - I have the G19 and G26 myself.
If you can, rent or borrow them to try at the range before you buy. Make sure you can shoot them with speed and accuracy, one handed, with either hand. If you cannot, consider stepping over to a .40 or a 9mm.
Also, you need to consider your concealment needs. The G30 is nice, but a bit thick and heavy. The G36 is the same size, but slightly thinner and lighter. Of course, it holds fewer rounds as well.
I had a Kahr PM45. It produced a stout recoil, wasn't 100% reliable and only offered 5 + 1 capacity.
I had a Glock 30 SF. Reliable, but thick. The thickness is noticeable if carrying IWB.
Glock 36: same slide thickness as the 9mm / 40 models. With the factory magazine base my pinky gets pinched between the frame and magazine base. Pearce +0 adapter solves the problem and adds minimal height. I think I'll keep this one.
I have a 19 and 26. I carry one or the other of them every day. I've used both in IDPA matches. They've never let me down. I like them a lot.
I want a Glock 30 just because I want a .45 ACP, I've had a chance to shoot one and it works for me - not because it's a better carry than the 19 or 26, just because it would be fun to have a .45ACP, and if I have one, it's going to be a Glock. If it was going to be an EDC, I might go with the 36 but I have trouble choosing 6+1 of .45 (or any other caliber) over the 10+1 capacity of the 26 loaded with 9mmP COR-BON +P DPX, or the 15+1 capacity of the 19 with the DPX bullet.
Glock 36, the size and reliability of the 36 would make it my choice for a CCW handgun.
