Oh my.. That's a sight for sore eyes..

I have some Rosewoods on my 442. There's a nice tackiness to the finish that sticks nicely to the hands and I love the way a cover shirt slides over the grip as opposed to rubber or plastic.
Those things are sweet Mr. Rollo!

But I might ask like as sinzitu, Are they slippery or can you retain a good hold on them??
What about in the summer when your palms may be sweaty??

I just put a few drops of water on my hands, smeared it around and grabbed the gun. The grips actually got a little bit tacky with the moisture.

Is that Hornady's New Critical Defense .357 load that you have loaded in the gun?
That ammo will really cause some major OUCH!

Yes. To be honest though the only reason I bought them was that they were the only .357 hollow points my LGS had in stock.

Naturally, that's nearly the same model I've been drooling over for these past few days. I've been fairly good at not visiting the local crack house (gun shop) but this forum can be dangerous to one's budget. Oh well, I guess its time to play with the ball bearings or massage the beanbag.

Rollo..let us know how it shoots with the new grips. Looks sharp. Still waiting for my NYS insurance refund check ,which is going toward an SP101 DAO 2.25". Those grips look like a "must" too.

Might try some Buckyballs, those'll take your mind off it!
That is a sweet little gun though, after seeing it I think my next pistol will be a SP101!
