Kind of like when they brought out their version of an AR? Seems like it's selling very well, not LCP well but $350 compared to $1900 you'd not expect it to sell that well. I'd be will to give a Ruger 1911 a look, one thing I would bet on, it would be durable.

Hope for whatever you want. Marketing tactics abound with the poor economy. Surprises are always nice. Ruger is one company I've always been a fan of. Thing is...don't get your hopes up, and realize that many new offerings might be exciting in ways, but looking back to the good old days, everyone is cutting corners where they can to offer the same product at reduced costs. Interesting nonetheless. I hope the new debut and the reviews go well. Then all we'll have to talk about are the recalls and aftermarket products available. New things are always interesting in ways. Marketing is marketing these days. Most manufacturers are fighting tooth and nail to get sales these days. The economy has already gone down the drain. Just my 2

Any thoughts? I'm hoping for a PF9 clone this time.
I wouldn't get too excited about this PR stunt from Ruger which IMO is very insulting.

Maybe a .357 6 shot revolver the size of the SP101 but lighter, not as light as the LCR but in between that and the SP101.

    I'm hoping for a PM9-fighter.

That concept certainly worked for VW for several years with the "new" Beetle!

    Me too!

I would buy one tomorrow if that was what they developed. My dream though would be a slim pocket rocket in 9mm made by Glock.
Why Ike, whatever do you mean? Maybe poker's just not your game Ike. I know! Let's have a spelling contest!

Exactly, so it won't be anything with a tactical flavor so look for a large caliber semi. Hopefully
