I striped it down and cleaned it and took it to the range tonight. It ran flawlessly! I ran 100 rounds of FMJ 230 grains through it and 21 rounds of Corbon 165grain +P without a hitch! I will get more playtime this weekend but the balance and the trigger are amazing! Looks like my new colt got a new friend, just gotta figure out a way to carry them both at the same time.

That's a really fine set of pistols you have there! That'll keep you squared away for years to come....and in style!

    Thumbs up Niice

Good trade, It's great looking gun with a sweet trigger don't think you'll be disappointed, only thing that kind of bugged me was the paper clip take down tool, I was hoping this Ultra Tool would of worked. But thats my only gripe. Love the gun it shoots and feels great, Congrats http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ibu7h...eature=related

If you have the compact it wont work, check my post, sorry. If you look at the vid and then look at your recoil spring the tool will slip off the end.

That is one fine looking gun! I like the utility of GLocks, but they are soooo ugly.

I got the same gun new about 3 years ago... that "carry melt" treatment leaves it as sharp as a bar of soap, and being a half pound lighter than a full-size 1911 makes it that much more unobtrusive on the hip. An easy gun to fall in love with!

Very nice! That pistol is still on my short list if my newly bobbed operator doesn't fit the bill.

Very nice, and smart trade. Glocks make good trading currency, as you have proven.

You got that right Aaron. If you like the new Kimbers, you'd love the original series. Earlier the better.

Dragman got one of the older ones, one that was in very good condition...I know that to be a fact.
