Nothing like a classic J frame.
You will find the little smiths like standard 158gr loads the best.

I think I can get some 158 grain LRN to try to see if it likes the weight better before buying any. I'd like to try some semi-wadcutters in her also since she like the wadcutters pretty good.

That looks just like the used model 10 I was looking at last week before buying my LCR. I'll never understand all of S&W's model numbers, lol.

Thanks for all the positive comments on my new to me S&W. I really like it allot and think it is going to be one of my carry pieces. Maybe carry it and the Taurus 38 for primary and bug.

Nice gun. The wife (Pink Lady) has one, with pink grips of course, she's on here. We found that it was perfect for her. Not too light to have bad recoil effects, and not too heavy for carry. It's a good solid gun.

Congrats on the cool snub.
Looks great. A true classic, functional carry piece.
I like my Model 640 as well. Eventually, most everyone ends up with a snub.

Nice looking snub. I have three in my stable and still want another one, or two. I like the classic style and grips on yours; in fact, if I can find one like yours I'll be happier than a pig in pooh.

Nice looking snub. I gave mine to my youngest when she moved out. I remind her often that it is not for sale.
