What is she carrying now? My wife absolutely loves her Sig P238. It might be something you could compare to.

Well, this is quite hillarious for the show , wife haven't think of anything and look what she found a gun . May be I would suggest a new gun which no one can foudn of cell phone stun gun if you have heard of it then try to find this for you safety.

Great gun - it's at the top of my list.
Training means learning the rules. Experience means learning the exceptions.
Sounds like a great gun. I've had no experience with Kahr, but a lot of people really like them. Good luck finding one as a rental. I tried several ranges who rent and none of them rented Kahrs.
If you can't find a Kahr PM9 to rent, at least have her try out a gun of similar size in a Glock so she can get a feel of the recoil in a similarly sized pistol. It certainly won't handle exactly like the Kahr, but she'll get an idea if she can handle a pistol in that size.
