Anyone know if the SOLO stainless model is out yet ?? I know it is not really all stainless but just colored stainless on the frame. Let me know if they are out yet. God Bless

On the Boberg website they are saying that they are making slides, and that those are some of the last components to be made. So, hopefully they will actually hit the market within a few months.
If you read their site, it seems they really really want this to work right off the bat. They are already in revision 10, and have done extensive testing. I'm not easily impressed, but it seems they have their ducks lined up. They have been very upfront about the issues their testing uncovered, and what they've done to address them.
For now, I'm going to wait and see. I'll give them until the end of 2011.

I promised member qdoggydogg that I'd make a Solo comparison with the extremely popular Ruger SP101, so here it is. I did this as a special request as I'd like to stick with compacts that have an overall length under 7".

The [Kimber Solo] Comparison Chart does not support handguns that have an overall length that exceed 7". Most revolvers that have a 3" barrrel willl exceed an O/A/L of 7".
