    Yes, thx the CT

I corrected the post. Thanks for catching that.

The CT and the PD have the same measurements I believe. I appreciate you adding it.

The Sig P290 is looking better and better.

    Thx

    Hello, T.

Sorry for the delay. I was having upload issues.

Here's a comparison chart I had previously made featuring the Smith 340PD. As you've mentioned the PD and CT models are identical in O/A dimension but the PD uses a titanium cylinder so it's a few ounces lighter than the CT. Another difference, the PD has a fiber optic front sight.

Really makes no difference; but it seems the notation on the second row is reversed in post #103. Like I said, really makes no difference since they are the same size.
But hey, thanks for the comparison.

The [Kimber Solo] Comparison Chart does not support handguns that have an overall length that exceed 7". Most revolvers that have a 3" barrrel willl exceed an O/A/L of 7".

    HK45C

Great work los. This is super helpful.

Can you perhaps compare to the HK45C compact?
Besides that I have that gun, it would be interesting to compare to a compact but very reliable .45 caliber gun. Thanks!

THANKS, Vivec. ...and Welcome to The Forum.

The O/A length of the HK45c exceeds the parameters of my master chart, but I scaled the images to manufacture specifications and uploaded them into Draft form. The comparison is pretty startling. FYI, I use to carry a HK45c. It was the most accurate pistol I had ever owned. I regret parting with it.

Anyway, here's the comparison you asked about.

    Thanks for the welcome
Wow -- that is a big difference! Very interesting, also because the HK45C is quite similar in dimensions to the Glock 19 (which many people carry). I can conceal carry the HK45C quite well but find it not too comfortable and am looking for a smaller carry gun -- it is good to know that there is at least a big difference between it and the sub-compacts.

Looks like an interesting gun. I have had a number of people ask for holsters for it and I just received my form so I can make any of my holsters for it.
