I carry a SIG P239 in 9mm most of the time, but now that the weather is cooler and jackets are in order, the SIG P229 in .40 get the call.

I still dream of the day that i get a commander size 1911 GSR from SIG in .40
Got some pics together finally. My CCW is usually the S&W 442.

S&W 4516 in an Uncle Mike's SuperSlide pancake. It's heavy, but I carried it as a duty weapon for several years and I can shoot very well with it. I am about to go get a used S&W 469. Lovely little guns, and very accurate. I don't like IWB carry due to , ahem, overhang issues! Actually, I have always preferred to carry in a high ride pancake holster. When I was still in harness my wife made a holster that went on the front of my vest and I carried a Ruger SP101 there.

Now I'm thinking that I need to go get one of those now. I ALWAYS carried a 5-shot .357 as a back up when I was on duty. ALWAYS....

    day to day

I carry a Desert Eagle .44 in an IWB most days. I am waiting for an FN 57 to come in for the summer carry when I'm wearing shorts and what not.

Really? Isn't that like an 11-inch gun? What holster do you use?

It's like killing roaches - you have to kill 'em all, otherwise what's the use?

To most people it's pretty big but I'm a big dude myself. There are some photos under the "new stuff" thread. Rocky over at Pure Kustom made one for me from his Black Ops line. Very exceptional product.

I just recently switched from a 40-cal SW99 to a M&P in .45 ACP. I love it. It's my primary carry-gun and goes with me everywhere I go!
