Now also sporting a S&W M&P 340, carried loose in a front jacket/pull-over pocket.
Learned in a live-fire class that neither of my autoloaders would reliably return-to-battery after the first shot, when shot from inside a pocket.
I wanted a "pocket revolver" that would naturally point well in my hands, and the J-frames seemed to do that well. A side-by-side comparison between the various fiber/standard iron/laser-sighted variants ended up with an immediate "oh, this is THE one" decision, as soon as the M&P 340 landed in my hands.
The entire point of this gun is to buy me enough time to be able to access my actual primary.
Never thought that I'd carry a "BUG."

Generally carry a 5"springfield loaded 1911 in a galco king-tuk or a taurus 805 in a stow and go with a 22mag derringer in the pocket.
It depends on the day.. If I am needing a very small pistol I carry my Sig P238 Equinox. I also routinely carry a SA EMP 40, but I also have a Glock 19 Gen 4 and a Kimber Pro Eclipse II I carry on occasion. I use the G19 with a tach light next to the bed everynight for my home defense gun. I would like to add a G26 to the fleet next though.
Kimber Pro CDP in .45 ACP in a Galco king tuk or a belt slide. 2 extra mags all loadedwith Hornady critical defense.
I carry an LC9 in my pocket all of the time loaded with PDX1 147gr. or Gold Dots 124+p and 2 extra mags.
My current rotation:
SIG P226 (older W. German)

My SD9 had to go to the factory for a night sight failure. Now my Sigma is riding my hip again.

I can't believe this Thread was started 7 years ago!!! That is nuts.
My current carry guns are:
1. XD9 SC
3. S&W 637
4. Ruger LCP
Just got this the other day. I wanted another .45 for a while now. No dealers near me so I ordered it, without ever touching one first. I am very happy with how it shoots and feels. However its heavier than I would like and its bigger than I thought it would be being the "carry" version. Its been a little tough to carry it concealed at work so far. My first Remora,,, I like it, works great. Would be perfect for a smaller gun.
I carry a Gen 3 Glock 26 9mm with Winchester PDX1 124gr +P ammo (10+1) in a Comp-Tac CTAC holster
Also I carry a Benchmade 710 HSSR with M2 blade (combo edge) and a Surefire LX2 Lumamax light
Currently in the process of seeing about making a custom magazine/spare CR123 battery belt holster
Now that I have my CC permit. I carry my S&W 327 TRR8 around. It's my all purpose revolver.
