I was carrying a Kimber Crimson Trace Ultra Carry 2 .45. But after a while I found it just a little too much to suit my needs. At a friends suggestion I started carrying a DB380 but really didnt care much for the long trigger pull. So I just picked up a Sig Sauer P238 and think I've found my every day. I know most might consider it a good back up. But i think it's all I need and can carry every day. Still carry my Kimber when it's conveaniant w/ the P238 close at hand. But most the time ita just the P238. The DB380 has pretty much become a paper weight like a few others I have locked up.
S&W Shield 9 w/ extra mag + Cold Steel AK-47 blade
Depending on clothes I am carrying my G19 or G26 with a Kahr P380 BUG. I carry the Glocks in a VM2 and I have a Kytac pocket holster for the Kahr. I'm switching to appendix carry once my cane and derby PIC arrives.
First let me congratulate OP on an 8 y/o active thread :bier:
My usual carry off-the-clock is a SpringfieldXD .45, 5.25in barrel:
....with a Veridian duel green-laser/tac-light:
While at work or anytime I realy don't want to be 'made' I carry a Product: Model 642
...with a CrimsonTrace laser grip.
I carry (depending on day, situation and wardrobe considerations) a ParaOrd LTC, a Sig Pro 2022 or a FNH FNP-45, love all of em.
Choice of holsters range from a Tucker Gun Leather 'The Answer', an assortment from Kirkpatrick Leather or a Desantis Rail Ryder T10 IWB (neat little piece really)

Either my Kimber Pro CDP II or my Para Ordinance P13, both 45 acp.
What I carry depends on the season of the year & my clothing. In the summer I carry the M&P shield in 9mm in a white hat tuckable holster and a Ruger LCP (with laser lyte side mount laser) in my pocket. In the winter I carry a Ruger sp-101 in .357 mag in a galco speedmaster and a S&W 638 in my pocket both with a CT laser grips.
I carry a M1934 Beretta .380 ACP I inherited from my father. I looked up the serial number and it was made in 1943. He brought it home from WW2 and carried it around in his pocket for many years as a bartender in the late 1940's in a rough neighborhood. I've fired many hundreds of rounds of .380 FMJ with no problems. It is the grandaddy of the modern Beretta automatics. Very simple, rugged and reliable. I've got the original leather holster with spare magazine holder. I work primarily out of an office as a security manager and carry my pistol in a Lighteningwear deep concealment holster, with a spare magazine. Ready to go if and when needed.
Depending on what I wear
NAA Mini Mag
FN Five Seven
M&P 9c w/C5L
those are CCW pistols, I'm not counting duty.
It really is. I wish the barrel was a little longer (4.25 or 4.5) with at least 17 mag capacity. it's like getting a glock 19 with a bigger frame.
