tdrussell - Do you have an extended clip or have you just gotten used to shooting this with the short grip. I had to get an extended one for my springfield...couldn't get used to it.
Taurus in the winter and Ruger in the summer.
Strictly .45 acp! Glock 30 if I carry iwb, and Rock Island GI when I carry owb.
Either Springfield XD9 Compact or Taurus pt24/7 cheap gun but has been absolutely reliable. I want to trade it for another XD9 though
I carry one of three Ruger guns depending where I'm going or doing. LCP, LC9, or SR40C.
....ALL of'em Son, I carry ALL of 'em!
#1: I like my Metro Arms AMERICAN CLASSICII M1911.(45 ACP of course:):king:
#2: Ruger P95 in 9MM:yup:
REMEMBER YA'LL: When it comes to shooting.......'Tis better to GIVE than to RECIEVE"
"Ya can send'em to Heaven, with a 1911!" mE!
I carry a Kahr P9 IWB strongside, and a Kel-tec P3AT BUG in my jacket breast pocket or weakside front pocket.
g27 ns in a bladetech iwb
i keep a glock 23 with a hogue grip. 13 round mag for carry and at home i keep a 22 round mag just in case! will save valuable time on reloading
Given the competency of today's best 9mm defense ammunition (Gold Dot 124gr. +P in this case, HST, and Ranger) and the capacity of the G17... my current carry piece is the G17 RTF and I LOVE this piece! I'm sad to see the RTF option is no longer available because I really love how this grip locks into the hand. Awesome firearm. Carries well, IWB, stone reliable, shoots softly and superbly, very quick return to target, and 18 rounds of great defensive capability. Can't go wrong with this choice.
Springfield XD9 Service. Either IWB in a Remora or OWB in a Bianchi holster.
There are times, occasionally, when anything but a pocket-sized pistol is a bit much to carry. I prefer not to rely solely on pocket-sized pistols, but when I do carry one, this little niner (along with my time-tested Kahr PM9) is turning out to be quite a stellar performer. Manual of arms is much like a 1911... carried cocked and locked. Single action only. It's a bit like a Colt Mustang on steroids. Ambi-thumb safety, excellent target-type night sights.
The SIG P938 "Nightmare".
Note the front strap checkering.... AWESOME!
And rear strap checkering. Superb night sights... very well done, SIG!
I carry a m&p 40 full size,in a cross breed super tuck holster with hornandy critical duty ammo.
Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm
