I carry a G-27 IWB or a G-23 in a Galco bag if wearing pants without a belt (shorts or gym pants). We battle some serious heat & humidity down here.

    Carry Gun

I carry a Glock 30 in a Fist Close Cropped Basic. When the weather turns I may go to my Colt Series 80 Govt. Model.

My summer carry is either a Taurus PT111 or S & W 642 in a belt bag, and occasionally a Kel-Tec P32 in a pocket holster. I am getting familiar with a Glock 23 and may find a particular carry application for it.

    Question Carry Gun

It's a situational thing; the big thing is to just have one when it "drops in the pot" as they say-

My primary carry is a SA 1*1911; this pistol is so right on it makes me look good! Usual load is Winchester RA45T hollowpoint.

When that's not possible, I have a Glock 19 with race cut Heinie "straight Eight" night sights that are fast, fast, fast... I like the heavier bullets in my 9mm, so I'm going with the 147gr. Winchester RA9T load.

Both these pistols have a very fast trigger reset, and with practice I can shoot them quickly and accurately- Not because I'm that hot, but because the pistols are!

    In order of frequency

Sig 239 (357) in a VMII (IWB) or High Noon Slide Guard
    S and W 642 in a PCS Pocket Holster
Sig 229 in a Rafter Holster (OWB)

    Carry Weapon

I usually alternate among my Colt Gov't Model Series 70 .45 ACP (the first handgun I ever purchased some 23 yrs ago), a CZ85 that I purchased when stationed in Germany, before they caught on here in the States, and the newest member of the family, a SIG P220. Don't tell the Colt, but the SIG just MIGHT become my main carry weapon

I carry the Colt in an Andrews Custom Leather Hybrid Saddle holster, I've ordered an M3 Enforcer from Brigade Gun Leather for the CZ and am waiting for it to be delivered, and currently carry the P220 in a simple Fobus holster when I'm wearing jeans---need to decide on a holster that looks as good as that pistol does.

Glock 27 with Trijicon sights, Lasermax, extended slide release and a mild trigger job and sometimes a S&W J frame 38 Special.
