Congratulations!!! That's my next purchase. I want a Gen 4 Glock 26 and I will carry it in a Comp-Tac MTAC IWB holster.

what changes were made to the Gen 4 G26 other then the changeable backstrap and the larger mag release?

The upgrades on the Generation 4 Glocks are the interchangeable back straps, larger and reversible mag release, new dual recoil spring assembly and a new Rough Textured Frame (RTF) on the grip. If I could find a used Gen 3 I would buy it, but here in Costa Rica it is hard to find them on the used market due to their high appeal and demand for concealed carry so I will only have the option of buying a new Glock and in that case, I prefer to buy a new Gen 4 over a Gen 3 in order to have the latest model and Glock technology.

Well that explains the $115 price difference between gen3 and 4. Thanks for the info.

    Well done.

Glock 26, CrossBreed SuperTuck, good 1.5" gunbelt - my rig exactly. IMO it doesn't get better than that.

Caution! If you wear that rig to a gun store, G19s will leap up on the counter and follow you around till you adopt one of them too!

Congrats on your new carry gun and set-up. It's great when you find the right gun and holster set-up. It makes carrying and practicing a lot easier.
