I would go for the HK.They are built to last forever.Plus you can get a LEM trigger for it.
Have Fun and Shoot Straight !!
I know it's not on your list but I am pretty darned impressed with my keltec PF 9, and the price is right. It's so thin and small it fits in a front pocket beautifully.
Of the group you selected I would choose the G26. While I do no own one I have shot the G26 and compared it to other sub-compact pistols. I have an XD9sc and the G26 is more compact than the XD. I carry a Kahr CW9 and favor it over my other pistols for CCW. Good luck in your search!

Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
Although not an option in your poll, I carry/recommend the Springfield XD9SC everyday and it's a fine weapon.

Several others you should consider:
Ones I own:
Bersa Thunder 9 ultra compact - awesome, reliable, durable, great shooter. Long rails, thick construction components and 13+1 capacity. I rarely carry 9mm anymore, but when I do it is this one.
Taurus PT709 - I have 1500 flawless rounds through mine, thin, light, accurate, and fun to shoot. Great for deep concealment
Springer XD sub compact (mine is in .40 and it is super sweet) - VERY accurate, nice sights, reliable
Ones I do not own but really like, in order of my preference:
CZ Rami
Ruger LC9
Kel Tec PF9
Of the ones on your list, I like the HK. There are smaller 9mm on the market that are reliable and less expensive.

Have you seen the new Kimber Solo Carry?
