    Some new toys

While home on leave I picked up some new toys to tinker with.

First up is an M&P .45. This one came with a suppressor ready threaded barrel and a standard length barrel. I really like this one it shoots well and with an added tac light and extended mag it makes a great house gun. I have carried it a couple of times concealed without problems.

Next up is a simple Rock Island .45. I bought this gun specifically to put my Kimber .22 slide on. My TRP has a mag funnel and even with new base plates the mags still would not seat correctly so I solved it by just buying the Rock Island. It shoots well as a .45 and a .22 fit and finish are pretty good and it serves my purpose well.

Last up is an interesting pistol that I found and liked. This is a SIG 220 single stack. I have only seen these guns in .45 but this one is W. German and chambered in 9mm. It has the European style mag release and is smooth as silk. It is marked as a 220 and is not a conversion. It is one hole accurate as I thought it would be. Now I just have to find some more mags to go with it.

That SIG is nice I saw a similar one in .38 Super last week and I wish I would have bought it. That is a good looking M&P, congrats on some good looking purchases.

Good catch on that 220 in 9mm. Don't part with it for anything.
