What's fine, what sucks, and what's inbetween with this peacemaker
Could not find spec on it's width, anyone?
Other specs are good enough at 24oz, 6.5"long,4.75hi, & a 3" barrel that's a single stack 8 rd.......it "should" conceal ok for summer walks
Comments on the trigger, and whatever else cuz i'd like to read it all
Thnx :embarassed:
This is an extremely accurate little handgun but Para is known for shipping out new guns with major problems. You would think they would be concerned about their reputation but they don't seem to address the problems until after the guns are sold.
I just bought a Night Hawg even after my bounty hunting partner warned me he had to ship his back after buying it new due to a problem of not being able to unload the weapon. I took mine to range after receiving it and it jammed 17 out of 40 times and was told after close examination by the range master that it had a faulty trigger mechanism as well as a bore problem. Wasn't the ammo, tested various and changed different mags.
I have read other forums all with people having to ship back the new gun they purchased for a wide range of problems and I have to assume that this is
a problem that remains unaddressed at Para.
True, after fixing the weapon, people seem to agree that it works well and is a great little weapon. I don't know why they can't ship them out right the first time.
What's worse, you end up having to pay 116.00 for insurance and over night shipping (required) that they will not reimburse. This is outrageous considering they are at fault for putting a faulty weapon out there in the first place. Would I buy another or recommend someone to buy one? NO!
There are enough complaints with this company that they should be investigated by the ATF.
Geez what a way to run a biz and especially a product that one depends on to stay alive * they ought to switch into making/selling water pistols and toy guns
i'm look'n to buy my 1st ever peacemaker for an edc so THNX ParaOrd is out and i'll consider a Kahr PM9, Walther PPS, and maybe something else
I just bought a Para and after about 600 rounds it has been flawless. Of the several that I have had experience with, they have been perfect.
I have a friend that has the Concealed Carry in .45, he finds it to be awesome.
