Need some help, I have a chance to buy a ruger 2 1/2 inch barrel 357 for $275.
Never been much into revolvers but is this deal to good to pass up? I work with the seller and it has only been a carry gun part time. He is buying a 1911 and wants to unload what he has.

Which one is it? SP101 Im assuming. Id say thats a good deal if its in good shape. They run around $450-500 new.

Even if it's a "Six" model - Security Six, Speed Six or Service Six - as long as it hasn't been used to drive fence posts, that's a good price. Go for it!
