9mm to 40?
Curious so if you can take a Glock 27 throw in a 9mm barrel and use 9mm mags and it works fine , why can't you take a Glock 26 and do the same with a 40 barrel and mag?
Sounds like they use the same frame and slides for both so pressure shouldn't be a problem.

They would have to make the barrel paper thin to get it to fit into the slide meant for the 9mm barrel. It may be the same slide, but the hole in slide is a different size for each.
Ignorance is a long way from stupid, but left unchecked, can get there real fast.

Yep, barrel outside diameter is different. The 9mm conversion barrel is larger diameter than the standard Glock 9mm barrel.
