Pics of target shot with S&W SD40

So I wanted to share what I did at the range today. What better lunch break than 50 rounds through the old conceal carry pistol.

The two wayward rounds (one high, one low) were what happens when I try and double tap too fast. Beyond that, I am pleased with this gun and my shooting overall. Not too bad for only owning the gun for a couple months. All 50 rounds were fired from about 8 yards. I practiced a lot of fast draws and shoot from my king tuck holster and several mags of just standing and shooting.

Comments? Should I be putting all of the shots in the X ring?

Looks like some pretty good shooting to me.

I love throwing some rounds down range during lunch as well...especially when I've had a rough morning. Clears my mind right up!

Accuracy ALWAYS WINS! So carry what you can hit with.

If you find yourself in a fair fight your tactics stink.

Looks good to me definitely all "kill shots" you're going to get a few flyers doing double taps that's to be expected. I'm sure if you slow fired you could get all the shots grouped on the bullseye but better off doing it the way you do to prepare for a real situation.
