    Lets see those dedicated nightstand guns

    I know a lot of us have shotguns or rifles dedicated to home protection but lets focus on handguns for this thread.

    Here is mine. P229 Elite with a TLR-1.

    I don't carry this gun anymore. It's the one gun that is always home in the quick open safe ready to go.

    Springfield Armory GI with 4 spare mags next to the bed, feeds anything never had a malfunction so I trust it to go bang and half asleep I can run a 1911 no problem.

    My XD9 pulls duty as my nightstand gun, mainly because of the Trijicons. Easy to find in the dark.

    I use my EDC G23 but just add a Surefire x200 at night. Almost forgot my SF E1L kught next to it to search with

    .357mag is on the missus' side of the bed, .45 is on my side. Flashlight is also on my side of the bed, set so it goes full strobe when turned on.
