Got me a new Glock 21SF

So I picked up a used "new" Glock 21 SF with factory Glock night sights & 3 mags.
Was supposedly an order for a police department in New York but they changed their mind at the last minute and decided to wait for the Gen4s to come out.
Took it out and put a few boxes of shells thru it and man does it shoot nice.
I think I want to put it in my carry rotation.
Anyone else use this as their carry gun?
Any suggestions on a holster for this beast?
    I'm thinking preferably IWB.
Heres some pictures of my new baby. (if I did it right)
Oh, I also ordered the KKB 10mm barrel for it. Cant wait!

Nice choice that'll be fun with the 10mm barrel too. Give the CompTac MTAC a shot for a IWB holster they carry great.

    Cool

I have been carrying this one for the past 5 years as a duty weapon in an SS-III holster. I have a High Noon Mr. Softy for IWB but will be ordering a Public Secret in the very near future. Because of the weight of the G-21 you need a quality 2 layer gunbelt. There is something very comforting about 14 rounds of .45 ACP ready to go.I am retiring the end of May this year and my department gives retiring officers their duty weapon so this girl will be mine for keeps next month. She will reside in a nice home with her cousins Ms. G-36, G-23 and G-19.

Love your "Don't Tread On Me " snake. You did better getting a Gen 3 than a Gen 4 in my opinion.

Congratulations on your upcoming retirement and Thank You for your service.

I like the looks of that Public Secret but "WOW", that's kinda out of my price range.

Very nice -- congrats! I carry a G30 in a leather/kydex "Shielded Holster" and have been happy with it. No reason it wouldn't work for your 21. At $50 it is hard to beat.

    Dude,

Outstanding choice! It looks like mine after Robar worked their magic on it. I bet it shoots just as nice!

IIRC the 10mm isn't offered for the G21 (I know it's the same as a G20). I believe it's due to the .45 magazines not liking the 10mm and vice versa.

Get some G-20 mags an you should be good to go!

radman I hope you looked at the natural and not the black Public Secret which is twice the price. Side Guard is also a forum sponser and I have a couple of their rigs including this one for my G-36.

Oh yea. Thats better. I just did a search on the High Noon Public Secret and the black one came up.

At $189.00 in was real pretty but a little rich for my blood. The natural one at $89 is a lot better.

I have five Glocks, and one is the G21SF.
I go back and forth between IWB and OWB...for carrying my Glocks OWB, I have several of these... FIST, INC.
The #12 Basic hold the firearm as tightly against the body as the IWB's I have...
