    Practice remington or WWB .38
    Carry first three rounds of low recoil hydra-shok .38 last 2 are Speer Gold Dot Short Barrel 135 grain .357

    My usual carry load is Buffalo Bore 38sp+P, 158 grain LSWCHP.

    practice- usually WWB 130gr .38's and/or any 158gr .38 and .357 I can find a good price on. Magtech is usually a decent price.
    carry- PMC starfire 150gr .357's only because I can't find any Winchester 145gr silvertips.
