    Glock customer service

Seems there has been several posts recently about Glocks poor customer service. My recent experience with the folks from Glock down in Georgia was a pleasant one. My new G22 gen 4 has been flawless but it did not have the updated re-coil spring in it. So I gave Glock a call. I was on hold for 2 minutes. A very nice gentleman took my call and he was very professional. He explained the new spring design and took all my information. He seemed very interested in how my G22 was performing and said he would have me a new spring in the mail. Ten days later I have my new spring. What more could you ask for? Thanks Glock.

I took my Glock Armorer course in GA...great people...got the names of several reps if I had any concerns.
    Glad you were treated well.

I've had excellent service from Glock. However, I haven't had to call them very often.

Me too. Went up to Smyrna with both my Glocks. They received plenty of TLC and I left a happy camper. All good.

Ive heard similar spring stories from friends and their Gen 4.

My 3 year old G19Gen3 was having failure to feed issues. Sent it in and in about two weeks time had a new 19 shipped back to me.

Glock and Kimber have some of the best customer service out there.

Used their CS twice - once for a frame recall on my Gen 3 G19, and once to address feed issues with WinClean ammo (had new mag followers sent in a few days that solved the problem). None of that cost me a cent. All of that was almost 10 years ago - have not needed their CS since.
The more good folks carry guns, the fewer shots the crazies can get off.

    Really?

Kimber has piss poor CS as I have experienced it first hand, and Glock seems to be all over the place (never needed them on the proven models I own). Were definitely not talking about Springfield or S&W here....

After two calls and 9 weeks no spring from Glock, I did fix the problem thought I sold the glock, and I will not be buying any more glocks.

I have only read one bad thing about Glocks customer service. Otherwise it seems the majority of it has been positive.

I contacted Glock's CS for the same reason as the OP's and my experience was exactly the same.
    Fast, pleasant and efficient.
