My 9mm PPS now has an identical Bigger Brother - PIC

Well, my 9mm PPS now has an identical bigger brother. My .40 S&W PPS just got back from Robar, so both pistols now look identical, having Robar's latest NP3 Plus finish on both the exterior, as well as internally.

I really don't see any need to carry anything else other than one of these two handguns:

Your PPSes look great with the NP3 plus finish on them. I have a PPS 9mm myself and really like the way it carries IWB. Where did you get the rubber slip-on grips for them? They look like they fit perfect on them.

    AZGlock13:

The grips are the awesome Limbsaver Pro Handgun Slip-on grips. If you visit PPSTalk.com or the Walther forums website, you will see that many PPS owners are going with this grip. It really improves both the quality of the grip, as well as improving comfort when shooting.

The specific model I got was the model # 12013

It only costs $9.99 plus shipping if ordered direct from Limbsaver:

    Very nice.

What was the turnaround time for Robar on your slide treatment?

Did you send in just the slide and takedown lever?

My pps in .40 was my first ccw handgun purchase. Three years later and It still has been my last. I don't know if I can give any higher praise.

Nice! I wish I could send my Walther P99AS and my HK USP Compact to Robar to get that awesome finish on both of them.

Great looking set of pistols, and the NP3 sounds line a great finish. I think you're right, no need to carry anything else. You've got your bases covered carrying either (or both).

Great looking PPSs---I have a 9mm PPS and really like it but usually carry my Kahr CW9 because my wife has a CW9 as well---anyway, very nice treatment---what does that service cost?
