Impressive Review of the new FN FNP 45 Tactical - VIDEO + PICS

I know that this gun is so very big that it would be quite difficult to carry concealed. But if a person did want to bring a large full sized gun to a gun fight, I think that it would be hard to argue against this pistol. It looks most impressive to me to me in this video. This video really does a good job reviewing the special features that this model has, as well as showing it in action shooting:

This tactical model is also available in a plain stainless finish with black polymer frame.

This really is an impressive looking pistol, I have to admit:

Does 15+1 rounds of 45 ACP really make sense, though??

I already told the Wife thats what I want for Christmas! I'm gonna get the black with an RMR, not sure which RMR though. I have other FNPs and am getting the FNX-9 soon. Big fan of the FNs!
I carry a .357mag because no one bickers about the .357mag being "enough".

Looks like a solid choice for a bedside gun. Seems like it would be a bit to much for CC though.

I have a buddy that CC the FNP-40 though. I would like to see side by side comparison of the them.

I have an FNP-40 and just going by FNHUSA.com the 45-tac is 6oz heavier. I carry my FNP-40 in a CrossBreed Supertuck but to me its pretty heavy. I just baought a Kahr CW9 to CCW instead of my FNP-40. However I would rather have the FNP-40 in a gun fight over the CW9, hell I'd rather have the FNP-45 Tactical w/RMR in a gun fight! :)
