Last year I purchased a 2nd gen 19 from a CO who had to go out on disability. He purchased it new in 90, qualified with it and then put it in his locker at work, never to be used again. That is until I bought it, had the upgrades done and now carry it with speer 124 +p gold dots. I will never look back. The most important part about carrying it, to me, is the belt. Just can't beat a quality belt on which to carry it. I can't make this thing jam on misfeed no matter what. I even have two of the unlined mags that work fine.

Love my 19 (gen3) so much I bought a 23
Seriously though. Great gun, concealable, simple, and damned reliable. Have to say the same for the 23 so far just in a .40
Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid.

I've had my 19 for a little over a month now. It's my first Glock and first semi auto pistol. I love it.

Appears we have the same experience. Purchased my first Glock (Gen 4 G19) June 1st. So far I've had a great experience with mine.

I've been beating the G19 drum for a long long time. Its just a hard gun to beat, and I really don't think there is anything better all things considered.

Nope you aren't the only one without a G19. I don't own a G19 either.

If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?
