I have not fired it yet but it is the first Kahr I've picked up that felt like it should be in my hand. It's funny though I only went to my local gun store to get a pair of replacement glasses since I broke my last pair.IMG00059-20110720-1751.jpg
IMG00062-20110720-1937.jpgI think I got a decent price on it, $419 out the door with 2 boxes (100 rounds)of fmj practice rounds and 1 box (20 rounds)of Magtech both are 235 grain.

That's why my wife warns me every time I go to my gun club, "Don't come home if you buy another gun!"

Nice! I was worried that this thread was disease related.

I must salute you for being kind enough to give this little guy a place to call home...nice pistola!

Lemme see, You go to a gun store to get a pair of glasses, and come home with a gun.
Maybe you should have gone to an eye glass store. My wife wouldn't let me go out in public again if I tried that story on her.
It is a nice gun though... I might risk it!

Thanks guys. I just ordered a crossbreed holster and field stripped it and oiled it. I am more then ready to hear it go bang a few times. I only picked up 100 rounds of practice ammo though. If not I will be taking my SA XDsc with 300 rounds for practice. I have spent the last couple of weeks playing with snap caps and running drills with a dry weapon so Monday is all about the bang.

Let me guess. You were online shopping for Croakies for your glasses and the CrossBreed fell into your shopping cart...

Haha! Nah there are no tables on the firing line at the Durham County Sheriff's Department range except for the cleaning area. A holster is a MUST have, wink wink.
BARK'N I went to get new safety glasses and believe it are not the gun store is closer to my house than a hardware store. Heck I drive bout 30 minutes just to get to a grocery store.

Wish that story would work for me. If I tried that with my fiancee, my brains- or something else very dear to me- would be shot off with the new gun.

If I accidentally brought something like that home, I would be sleeping in the chapel.
Nice purchase. Does the Kahr owner's manual still suggest a 200 round break in?

Yes, but I figure 100 rounds is a decent start for day 1. Besides I really need some trigger time behind my EDC.
