I can conceal my Ruger SBH with ease. The S&W 327 TRR8 I have on order is the same size. Granted, in the summer, concealing it isn't all that easy, but 6-7 months out of the year it's super easy to do. Baggy shirt or coat with a good holster on my back and all is good. I don't even have to change how I dress at all.
I carry a Glock 17 in an appendix holster with 4 spare mags. Not comfortable but it is comforting. I plan on adding a second Glock 17 on my left side for backup.
Fall, winter and spring finds me carrying my M&P full size IWB, summer it's the snubby 38 in the pocket.

I routinely carry either a P220 or P226. I have a Ted Blocker model 12 for IWB and an assortment of paddles, pancakes, shoulder rigs and a fanny pack when the IWB might not be so comfortable.

In Texas in the summer, a Sig P238 in the front pocket holster is the easiest.... but like today I have a V-neck T-shirt under an untucked dress shirt and dockers and my Sig C3 in a Kydex IWB at 3:00... no problem!
I'am in Arizona and I carry a 5"" 1911.

SIG 229 E2 OWB in a Kramer MSP. Or an M&P 357 SIG in an Alessi CQC-S. I wear a Woolrich Elite vest, either the standard or the lightweight, depending on the weather. If it is too hot, I run either a Beretta 85 or a J frame 60 IWB in Alessi Talon Plus holsters. Some have said a vest as a covering garment is tantamount to open carry. I do not care. If someone recognizes the vest for what it is and what it does, that person is probably a kindred spirit. But I do not think most people notice it or me anymore than anyone else. Neither gun prints (checked with wife many times), but a good holster and belt should keep them pulled in tight, which they do. Whether I get made or not, I still have the weapon. It does help being a bigger guy. I am 6'5" and weigh in around 220. Carrying a full size gun IWB sounds tricky. Uncomfortable. Or maybe not, with the right holster. May have to find out soon. I plan to get a Glock 17 soon, and will carry it in one of Garrity's IWB rigs. They look awfully well made.
My four most common carry guns are an H&K P7M8, a Glock 19, a Browning HP, and a Colt 1911. All my holsters are Brommeland or Fist, and I have good belts fitted by a local guy who knows leather and CCW. With good gear you can carry anything you like.

would a ruger p95 or a GP100 4'' count as full size??
Taurus 24/7 G2 9mm 4.2" barrel + 2 spare 17 rd. Mags... IWB. No problems at all.

In the winter it's my Ruger P90 in a shoulder holster, in the summer it's my Glock 27 in a ITW holster
