Well....I did it. I went and bought an OD Glock 26. I took care of two desires at once. I've been wanting another 26 for a long time now. I also have been curious about the OD frames for awhile. So, two birds w/ one stone.

I have to take it to the range soon for a break in. I'll post pics when I can get my wife to download them to the PC. She looooooooves scrolling through the camera and stumbling across the random pic of a gun.

I was surprised you were even able to obtain an OD green glock as, I believe, they are no longer being made ! Good choice btw :-)

Congrats on the purchase. The color is pigment in the plastic and should not wear off. The 26 is a nice pistol. Enjoy!

Fuschia...I'd have to go with fuschia on a Glock. It always catches the bad guys by surprise. While they are doubled over laughing, you nail them right in the top of the head.

I have to apologize for that. I was thinking of the SIGs in all those rainbow colours.

I purchased what I believe to be one of the first guns sporting an OD frame, A Wilson CQB Compact way back when they first came out. It has since been traded, but it wasn't because I grew tired of the OD on Black finish. I still like that combination on a firearm.

I'm trying to find a G20 in OD and having not much luck. It's too bad they're not making them anymore.
