I've had a G19 for years, and enjoyed it.
I've had a G30 for a little over a year, and have a hard time gripping the thing and slamming in a new magazine without my finger holding the release button on the right side from cycling and having the magazine fall back into my hand.
I've tried changing my hand position on the G30, but holding the grip the same as I do my other guns, a finger always seems to be in the way.
Are there any shorter releases, that don't bump out above flush to the grip when a magazine is inserted?
Are there any problems with grinding an 1/8th inch off the end of the right side of the magazine release?
