It came back looking quite stylish OD*. I'd carry it.

I had 12 years of Catholic schooling, so that makes perfect sense to me.Well, I am Catholic, so I do have catholic tastes.
But it is a beautiful 1911, I really like the contrast between the grips, the frame, and the slide.

So what was the specific treatment, and who did the work?
Does it shoot any differently for you with the flat mainspring housing?
