Grats! maybe the best defensive pistol caliber right along with the 357 sig. Just my Unbiased opinion. I have S&W 1006 I bought new in 92 or 93 not sure which and a EAA match. A 29 or 20 sf is on Need to have list.. Silver tips are usuallly available at midway and Double taps are always available .once the 10mm gets a hold of you it never lets go..the most versatile auto pistol caliber inthe Galaxy.... sorry, was i still jabbering about the 10.

A good friend and I rented a Glock 20,and fired the 10mm auto caliber for the first time in early October. We were so impressed with the power, accuracy, and ease of control that by the end of October,we both owned Glock 20 SF pistols. We should have gotten into the 10mm a LONG time ago!

I'm so stinking jealous! The 10mm has been on my mind all week, for some reason (was looking at 10mm Double Taps the other night too). I've been wanting it for a while but I was thinking the other night that as much as there are some other guns I want to get soon, I believe if I had the money today, I'd be very tempted to go out and get a G20 & put some Trijicons on it (like my G23). I also didn't realize the 10mm was that much more powerful than a .45 ACP.

Congrats on your new toy!!! You'll LOVE how it shoots, and how it hides sooooooooooooo well. I too have a G29 and carry it often. I've also added a 357 Sig and 40 S&W conversion BBL for the G29. Makes you want to carry it more and more. The 357 Sig and 40 S&W in the 29 are very controllable too. Look into Storm Lake for conversions..

10mm's are addictive. One of my most recent 10mm acquisitions, a Smith and Wesson 1086:

Only 1,660 made....and one of those is mine.

Plenty of power for Zombies, or deer. Beautiful gun. Much luck, and fun with it.

Little more snap. The 10mm shoots flat compare to the 45.
