    Cool

    Welcome to the forum.

For price, reliability , ease of maintenance I have to chime in for the Glock 36.

While the rest of my Glocks are stock finish I had my G-36 EXO coated by UTC Coatings just to add some bling.

I have a XD45C and it is virtually the same size as the G19. They both fit in the same Brommeland holster.

G36 here, or like I did a few years ago - splurge on a West German P245, 6+1.

I really hope the Glock 36 is a great answer! I bought one today and will be headed to the range in the morning.

I carry a G36. 100% reliable, very accurate and easy to conceal. I think you would like it.

    Range report...100 rounds (80 FMJ, 20 JHP) flawless, accuracy at 10-15 yards...dead on, general...AWESOMENESS!

    Glock 36

Kimbers are the guns you show your friends....Glocks are the ones you show your enemies.

I have the Sig 250 Compact, and a Glock 36. The 250 Subcompact is not available in 45 ACP, and I'm not sure it ever will be. The Compact 250 is about the size of a Glock 19, and the Glock 36 is slightly smaller, but thinner in the grip.

Either of these guns are excellent, but the edge goes to the Glock 36 for ease of carry, but you give up 3 extra rounds that the Sig 250 holds.

Recently, I got tired of waiting for the Sig 250 Subcompact, so I purchased a 250 Sub in 40 S&W caliber. I love the gun....it is my new EDC.

If you are adamant about the 45 caliber, another good choice is the Ruger p345. It's not small, but it is very thin and so balanced that it feels lighter than some guns that weigh much less.
    .

Too light for heavy work, too heavy for light work!
