By the way, OP, I've never had an issue with a Sig, Ruger or my beloved CZ-82. We like what we like.

I inherited a Raven .25. I have never fired it, cannot in good conscience sell it, and am waiting for a gun buy-up from the local constabulary to divest myself of it.
Mark my words, I will never own a Ruger or Taurus.
The Ruger MKIII 22/45 is the worst handgun in history to take apart, but is one of the funnest to shoot...
Raven and Jennings plus anything pink in color.
XD for me, didn't like the way it felt when I shot it and not a fan of them taking a $299 HS2000 and making it a $500 gun with a bunch of slick marketing. Besides the fact I don't care for them trying to imply they have something to do with the actual US Armory while importing a lot of their stuff.
My focus has changed on guns recently. Sold/selling all non-1911's to buy 1911s. Only keeping my two wheelies and for now, a Glock 29. It will go soon as well.
The pistols I named may be fine weapons, but they just don't appeal to me at the moment or fit into my current "needs"
No Sat. Night Spls for me. Some of those listed by the original poster, for financial reasons. I almost bought a Walther, but didn't like it coming with only one magazine.
Always remember that others may hate you but those who hate you don't win unless you hate them. And then you destroy yourself.

Owning a handgun doesn't make you armed any more than owning a guitar makes you a musician.”

The NO list is always long. Here's my current list of HAVES: COLT(2 1911's and WANT an AR-15 carbine),RUGER(SP101),GLOCK(G19&26). I would always own a SMITH revolver(pre-lock or those few revolver models now without)and miss my 3" M64 and my 640. Just don't see any more handguns anytime soon. I think I have my bases covered with the 5 I have. I might like a Ruger Blackhawk in a 4.25" length in 357 as a woods/field gun.

"no kidding, gun slinging, spurs hitting the floor"
I guess I should say, "guns I have owned and will never own again".
Taurus 850
Walther PPK/S
The Taurus 850 kept developing a burr inside the cylinder spider that prevented the cylinder pin from locking into the frame.
The Walther PPK/S would never cycle properly. I had a lot of failures to feed as well as failures to eject. So, I ejected the pistol and bought a Springfield XD.

I would never buy any pocket autos. I've shot a couple at the range and was not impressed with the reliability of any of them. Plus I don't see any purpose for them, as I have no problem carrying a real gun concealed. I don't like the mag release on HKs but everything else about them I love.
Taurus-junk that don't work right.
Beretta...for all those broken slides and such on the 92's that I'm sure probably hurt whomever was firing them....
Colt- "expensive junk" that usually needs worked on to make sure it's reliable...excluding revolvers.
S&W- Lately they've redeemed themselves with the M&P, but mostly they're too expensive-except custom shopped.
Sigs- Nice guns...too much money-buy a Ruger, it's just as accurate and about 1/3 the price or less.
Dan Wesson- BTDT...junk.
Kimber- "WAY" too expensive...prefer Springfield Armory..who set the standard they keep trying to emulate.
Springfield XD 9mm full size- shot it...not very accurate over 50ft, heavy as a brick and about as wide as one.
Glocks-newer generations....used not have to worry...now they have problems...why? Liked smooth grip of older models.
Bersa....best left as the name of a hefty Russian woman..can't hit anything over 20ft with one...but they do work!
Just to name a few. LOL
Even on a cold, wet, day in hell would I own a glock.
Dead dude thats an nonsensical list. Your one of those guys that lives by his feelings eh? I was goiing to give some of those brands to you guys for free but never mind now...
