Guns I won't ever own
Recent talk made me realize there are certain brands I will never buy for no particular reason. It isn't necessarily based on anything concrete, but more or less a general feeling.
Sig
HK
FNH (did want FNP45 at one time)
Walther
Ruger
Desert Eagle
Para
CZ (non Dan Wessons)
I'll add more as I think of them. This not meant to flame one brand or another. Please refrain from doing so.
What are your non-buys?

Glocks! I've shot several, and they just don't feel "right" to me.

I am sold on Glocks right now...things change...I wouldn't discount many other selections of platforms, makes, or models.
We all have different tastes for different reasons.
I like guns...to each his own.
If everyone liked Glocks, they would be more expensive and harder to find.OMOYMV

Totally escapes me why you'd rule out most of these. (Oh, wait - you said, "no particular reason"). Most of the brands you've listed are among the world's best.
Oh well, different strokes...

Jim

I said never once, then low and behold, I turned around and got married a second time!

I know for me I cant make a list like that. I love guns too much, and know from past experience I can and do change my mind. Its probably why I have so many holsters, and ammo on hand with no gun to carry them in or shoot the ammo.
Ignorance is a long way from stupid, but left unchecked, can get there real fast.

I've had 2 Taurus still have a Pt 745 PRO. Would sell it cheap. No more of them for me. Proof you get what you pay for (or less)
I carry to protect myself and my loved ones from the BG's. Not to solve societies problems. That said: if more carried the deterrent would only have a positive overall effect on those problems.

Very few gun brands I won't consider.
For right now (I will never say never- I change my mind easily): Para, Kimber, Diamondback

I'm far from brand myopic, so I'll drop a few bills on just about any make of firearm out there, provided it either fills a niche that I have, or I just like it for what ever reason.

For years I swore up and down I would never own a Glock, let alone carry one. Now, I cannot imagine regularly carrying anything else.

I said never to glocks. I never have liked them. They're ugly in my opinion. But, I ended up buying one and carried it for 4 years (just sold it and bought an XD). I also said never to 1911's too. I shot my dad's one day (4 or 5 years ago) and fell in love. He gave it to me and bought another one. I CC'd and carried it for my duty gun. But there are some out there that I will never buy.

Been there !!! Now I can't imagine not having my G19 !! I can't say I would NEVER buy one brand or another. There are a few I will not consider when I have other choices...Taurus and Hi Point are a few of those.
