Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.

Thans guys--in truth, this was not my first choice, but when I picked it up, it felt really nice--just enough weight to handle recoil, but felt lighter than my other commander sized 1911s w/ steel frames.

Congrats on the new gun. Too bad it's not a DW!

a little over $1400--not a great deal, but not terrible either. Here in Montana, we are a little limited in what is available on the shelves.........I wanted both the Night Sights and the Crimson Trace Lasergrips......the lightweight aluminum frame was a plus.
