What a beauty! I love Sigs, I have a P225 that is by far my favorite and want to add exactly the model you have. What caliber? I'm guessing 9mm, I would probably go 9mm also seeing as my other pistols are 9mm and they share ammo.
I carry a .357mag because no one bickers about the .357mag being "enough".

    Hulley,

It's a 9mm, there is just something about having 18+1 rounds at my disposal that makes me all warm inside!

I'm with ya, thats the reason I sold my .40 S&W. I checked out Sigs website and they only sell that model with threaded barrel in 9mm. I'm a happy camper!

This one is pretty sweet too! It passed all the military corrosion resistance specs.

I thought I would share my latest pickup and hopefully some of you guys will enjoy the pics. So I just saw this Sig and frankly had to get it. She shoots like a dream and may be one of the best shooting handguns I have owned right out of the box. This rig has a fantastic trigger as the Elite comes with the "Short Reset Trigger" that rivals my 1911's. Accuracy is superb and shocked me as this may be because of the sweet trigger and the barrel length. Here in Washington we just got the ability to own and SHOOT cans (silencers) and this bad boy is ready to rock. I have to say that I love the beaver tail and the adjustable night sights as well. I would think 1911 lovers would gravitate towards these types of Sigs as they tend to have a similar grip angle and trigger.

Sorry for the oil on the gun in the pic.

Very nice, I just picked me up the platinum version and it's fantastic feeling. Can't wait to go shoot after work this evening.
