If proficiency has been established with both, I would choose the 36. Less carry weight, larger bullet, softer shooter.

I prefer the larger round with the thickness of a single stack. G36 for me!

Glock 19. I like having more rounds + 9mm is cheaper to shoot.

Thats a hard question. If its going to be a carry/fun and shoot alot gun, and you dont reload, get the G19 because its cheaper to feed and is hi cap. If you have other guns to be fun guns, and dont plan on shooting as much, and its just for carry, get the 36. ( although I personally think your carry gun should be shot the most).

If money for ammo is no obstacle then it doesnt really matter.
Ignorance is a long way from stupid, but left unchecked, can get there real fast.

15 of 9 or half dozen of 45 - the good news is that you really can't go wrong between the two. I'd happily carry either.

Have both and I much prefer the Glock 36 for range and carry.

The 36 is dehorned for much easier reholstering plus for me the 45acp has a push recoil from the 36, while the 9mm from the 19 has a snap rise.

    G19.

Capacity, and less expensive to shoot, ie. I can shoot more.

    Cool

I got one of each and a G-21 and G-23 to boot.

I rotate them so that no one gets their feelings hurt.

Any one of the four with good ammo will do me just fine though the G-21 is a tad large unless wearing a jacket or sweater.

    OS

    P.S.

I voted G-19 given only the two choices listed by the OP.

G19 gives you a few more options.....never know when you might end up in the middle of a Disney Zombie Convention.
