Always carry a knife-they are handy to have
Always carry a reload-You probably won't need it but it is good insurance .

All my .45s are single action.

    Thank you sir.

The Pro's are definitely worth the trouble to obtain one.

Colt Officer's Model...SA. That has a 3.5" barrel and because it was a 1st year production I've had work done to prevent "burping" with HP's, although I'll carry with 230 FMJ and lose NO sleep. Good Luck in picking a 45ACP !

I like ksblazer's "I don't always carry a .45 ....". I often carry a .45. It usually is a Para Companion or Para CCO [light double action - LDA] or a para double stack in the officers model size [also LDA]. If I carry full size, I carry Colt gold cups or kimber. I also carry DA revolvers in .45 acp and .45 Colt.
