I see a clue on the box....I think it might be a P7.

It's not an "M" series P7 (M8, M10, M13) etc. Price? $699-$900 pending on what it's been refinished in and number of mags. As for year, that depends on S/N which I can't see but I can tell you it was made after the Berlin Wall came down as it's marked "Germany" not West Germany.

I think it is a P7 (PSP). Were those old police guns or consumer runs?

P7, you don't want one of them ... probably a $50 Saturday night special, I am a nice guy so I'll give you $75 for it.

Seriously, I've never owned one, one of my buddies swears by them, they have an almost cult like following, it is worth a pretty penny, not sure how much though. There are some on gunbroker: www.gunbroker.com/

BUY IT!.........The gun pictured is a early P7 Arlington Va gun. Made about 1980 to 82-84.......The box is original. It looks like a brushed nickle/chrome finish most likely done at some point in time. I have 5 of them in several variations/ models. Looks like you have the extra mag with that cleaning brush and a peice of black metal that is actually a screw driver/tackdown tool.
Any other stamped writing on it (on the triggier guard? or under/on the slide area? if so.it's a Police import. If nothing else showing it's most likely original without police markings. If original...it's a good deal. even with that finish on it.....I'd snag it for sure any movement on the price? 700.00? 725.00? Either way, you'll have a outstanding carry gun...good luck.....

Is that before or after tax? A gun bought on-line would come close to that with shipping and FFL charge so I would probably take it.

The P7 / PSP thing is kind of like "Clip" and magazine, the PSP was an actual model of P7, this is just a P7 and was most likely a "C" grade Police trade in that's been refinished.

If I were in your shoes, I'd probably buy it. From the looks of it it's probably hard chromed.

If you can haggle, do so. Otherwise I'd probably buy it, if it's a friend in need, I'd be more willing to pay the $750.

you've found Hans Grubers P7. Very nice.

looks to be in pretty good shape for a gun that fell hundreds of feet.........Hans...not so much.

Kimbers are the guns you show your friends....Glocks are the ones you show your enemies.
