I have two of the quick draw style taguas. I like them. Have one for my Kimbers and one for my 357sig XD.

I really like what I am seeing and hearing about these guns. The 45cal is on my short list.

    I've got a CM9 that I've had a love/hate relationship with.

When I first bought it it jammed one every one of the first 20 rounds.

I cleaned it up and hand racked it a million times then went back to the range. It started to do pretty well and eventually I started feeling pretty good about the gun and started to carry it.

I continued to have good luck until this weekend. I was at the range with my wife and I ran out of the Federal 115 gr that I was shooting so I grabbed a box of her Winchester 147 gr flat nose. Fired one shot and a jamb. Huh ? That surprised me. Cleared the jam, emptied the mag and reloaded. Fired one shot and then another jam.

So now I don't trust the gun anymore. Sure, I can buy more Federals and hope that everything will be OK, but I thought I was buying a premium firearm and did not expect that I could only use one type of ammo...

Just picked up a PM9 on Thursday but need to install the night sights I bought and get it to the range. I have a feeling I'm going to love this little pistol.

Break the pistol in properly by racking the slide about 500-1000 times before you ever fire a round, and your first range session will be as pleasant as mine has been with all three Kahrs that I own.
If all else fails in life......read the freaking instructions!!!
I did all that with my CM9. Joined the karhtalk forum, cleaned, oiled racked 1000 times all that. Went to the range on Tuesday and the CM9 did not perform at all. Slide lock back (not with devise on pistol) just sticking back 4 of 6 rounds. It is at the Kahr factory as of yesterday. Very disappointed to say the least. I like the feel the look and when it shot it was very accurate. I hope it comes back to me working properly. Visit youtube to see what I am talking about.

lol, I almost gave the same reply I did earlier on this thread. Anyway, at some point in my life I will own an mk9 and/or a K9. I'm just looking for a justification.

After purchasing five Kahrs and putting several hundred rounds through each of um; I'll not spend the big bucks for another one... Outa the five the two most expensive ones are, a K9 and a PM40. My CM9 and E9 as well as my CW9 shoot and carry as good as any of my more expensive ones. I will say that both my K9 and E9 versions do shoot better though, and by that I mainly mean the way the all steel versions handle the recoil, but other than that, I really can't see spending the extra coin on a carry gun. If it was being considered as a show off piece, or occasional carry and the wallet can handle it, go for it because they are nice to own, but again; my K9 sits in the safe and see little to no carry time at all. My E9 on the other hand gets a ton of air time.

Currently only own the MK9 with night sights, which I carry most of the time. Have never had a problem with the gun. I did have a Elite K9 that I unfortunately, let a friend talk me out of...so I sold it to him to help finance a Wilson Combat Professional. Love the MK9, it shoots great, the all steel frame and slide cut recoil down to virtually non-existant, and it's fed everything I've given it. That being said, I've just bought a Glock 19 gen 4 to try out for concealed carry...because I like the idea of having lots more rounds available.

Unhappy CM9 owner here. I would post a pic but I can't since gun is back at the Kahr factory being fixed. I was one of the unlucky one's that got a bad one. I really should stay out of casino's with lucky like that. I am glad for all the happy Kahr owner's or maybe gealous or both.

I'm planning on trying out the CM9. If it works great, if not I'll keep trying. For $400 I'm really not going to argue with such a small 9mm.
