    - NAA .32ACP Guardian - fills the back pocket niche nicely
    - S&W 637 - front pocket greatness; I like an exposed hammer
    - Kahr PM9 - giving it to my wife; she doesn't know it yet and might be sheeplishly pissed
    - CZ PCR - the ergonomic all-time king
    - Glock 19 - just because; also, it carries very nicely
    - Ruger SP101 - a solid brick in the shape of a .357 snubbie; possibly my favorite "if I could only have one" gun
    - S&W 586/6" - just because I appreciate fine art; very well done
    - Nighthawk 5" Enforcer - felt the "need" for a semi-custom 1911 and I'm glad I felt that way

What I currently own I would rank in the following order:
1.) Browning High Power Mk III (9mm)
    2.) Kahr TP9
    3.) S&W Mod. 65-1 / 3" Heavy Barrel
4.) Springfield Armory Mil Spec 1911-A1
    5.) Walther PPK/s
    6.) S&W Sigma VE40

The only one that I might think about parting with would be the Sigma. All the others I believe represent the best in the firearm industry and wouldn't willingly part with them.

    Favorite Guns

    Semi:
Glock(I hate the look and feel, but they are so reliable)
Kahr (So small they are too easy to carry)
    Para (SA or LDA)
S&W (simply a workhorse have carried 1066 and 4053 at one time or other)
Owned a Sig P232 and Taurus PT92, but couldn't get used to the trigger transition.
Have a Colt 1991A1 that I love as far as looks and feel, but reliability stinks.

    Revolvers:
    S&W (any and all)
    Ruger

    Sights? What are those?

The list of possibilities, and why each works for me. Pistols I own are shown in bold:

    • Browning HiPower 9mm or .40cal: Pros -- Extremely good feel; natural pointing; great reliability. Cons -- Heavy for a carry piece.
    • CZ 9mm: Pros -- Extremely good feel; natural pointing; excellent reliability; the P01 is small enough for concealed carry; 14+1 capacity. Cons -- None that I have found, yet.
    • Browning BDM 9mm: Pros -- Very concealable, despite the length; lightweight firepower, with 15+1 +P; short & crisp SA trigger break; accurate follow-on shots. Cons -- Oddball design not well-regarded by many people; gunsmiths don't know it well; slimline, small grip is not for everyone (though, fits me well).
    • Kahr K9 9mm: Pros -- Extremely good feel in the hand; decent reliability. Cons -- Sharp edges; relatively heavy for a carry piece.
    • 1911 45cal: Pros -- Generally, most have an extremely good feel, balance, natural pointing ability; smooth & crisp trigger; great knock-down ability with > 500 ft-lbs energy. Cons -- Relatively expensive; controls/safeties beyond contemporary DAO's require familiarity (easily obtained via practice); generally, relatively low capacity unless going double-stack, larger frame.
    • Glock 19 9mm: Pros -- Very good feel; good, natural pointing; high capacity firepower, 17+1 +P; reliability. Cons -- I shoot a few other guns much more accurately, for some reason.

These ranking are based on Conceal and Carry only.

1). S&W (revolvers only) Although I am not a revolver fan, I cannot argue the logic of being light weight, powerful, and most reliable gun you can buy period.
2). Kahr: The best deep concealment pistol ever.
    3). Glock: simplicity
4). Sigarms: ranked only this low because of size/weight.
5.) Colt: once again to big and heavy for me to carry on
a daily basis. I do enjoy shooting them.

    4. Kel-tec (goes anywhere)
    5. S&W Kframe snub-nose (doesn't fit me well)

My new HK will go on here, maybe even #1 but I haven't shot it yet....but I have this feeling it may edge out my 1911's....we shall see...
    you haven't shot it yet?!?!?!?
if you notice in the fine print of the manual, if you don't shoot your H&K the day you buy it you have to give it to me
lol, seriously, I put 400 rounds through mine the day I got it
take that puppy out and hammer it, you won't regret it

...and I don't like the Beretta's nor the Taurus Beretta-wannabees, just don't feel good

    1) SIG
    2) SIG
    3) SIG

    4) GLOCK
    5) HK
    6) Smith and Wesson
    7) Springfield Armory

Don't really consider other guns frankly, though only out of preference and not quality.
