Astra A-75, Star BM, Polish P-64. Bulgarian Makarov. Those are some for you to look at. Exactly what you want doesn't exist, but the closest is the EMP. Having recently acquired the Bersa 380cc, it's to closest thing to what you are looking for without the big price tag. If you can compromise on the hammer, I would take a serious look at the newly released striker fired Bersa BP9cc. I assume you have discounted the Ruger LC9 because of the trigger.

What do you mean it doesn't exist? Several people have posted prime examples that I have been trying to find. May have to end up with the Kahr cw9/pm9. Also looking at the Taurus 851 Revolver...
Haven't discounted the LC9 for that reason, but I imagine the recoil is the same as PF9.
I prefer SAO. Not a fan of grip safety though. This is what i ended up with after trying many types of so called carry guns...DAO,DA/SA...glocks,Kel-Tech, XD's, USP Compact, Kahr, the list goes on..... These are my two favorite carry guns bar none.
A slim DA/SA hammer fired 9mm... how about a single stack SIG Saucer? The classic P225/P6 or the modern P239. I think they are 1.2" across. Plenty thin.
Just picked up a Sig P938 a couple weeks ago and loving it so far; only about (100) rds. fired, but no problems yet! Very nice size for CC; only 1/2" longer than my P238, slide is a little wider.
Could get the new PPX - it's basically a PPS with a hammer. It does look a bit clunkier though. The fact that it has their new stippling pattern on it would be nice though.

Is this a new Sig offering? I've had my eye on a 238 for my GF for a while, but the 938 sounds even better, albeit a couple hundred bucks more.
