Ive been looking for a alternative to the Walther P22. This could be it.
Glock 22 Gen 4, 27
Ruger SP101 .357mag
S&W 637 Airweight
Ruger Single Six
Ruger Blackhawk Bisley 45 Colt
Mossberg 835 Grand Slam
Showed the wife this video looks like she is getting a new 22.
I've not seen one of these in a store yet. Any idea how much they cost?

Looks like a good little plinker to me. It should make Ruger a lot of money.
I don't carry a gun to look for or start a fight. I carry one to finish a fight I never wanted to be in.
I might just have to sell the Sig Mosquito...

It looks like a Walther P-22, wish I had the ruger instead. It will be a good little seller for Ruger.
I called all the shops around me today and none of them have one yet.
wow, Ruger really came up with something original on this one.......NOT. It's an exact copy of the P22.
I love my Walther P22 but it has some serious issues, such as reliability. It only works well with just a few types of ammo, mostly ones with a lot of energy to kick the slide back. It also has known issues of things breaking on them, such as the sights and other internal components. That Ruger looks to be better made. I know looks can be deceiving. It is possible that if I had it in my hand I might have a different opinion of it. But the main reason I rarely use my Walther P22 as a carry weapon is not because of its caliber, rather its reliability. As much as I like the gun, I don't trust it with my life. If the Ruger turns out to be a more reliable weapon, I could see it being a viable carry weapon for a lot of people, especially woman and older folks.

Not only can they not fill their orders for the SR1911 and a few other guns, now they come out with a new one?

Not bad, but I already got a P22 and an LCR 22. Don't have a use for this at all. My P22 only came with one magazine so their 2 is a plus. Should be a nice enough gun for the price.
I wish they made it striker-fired like my SR9, for practice on the trigger pull. I have a MkII, and will get an LCR 22, but I'll take a look.
